Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, requesting notary services, or purchasing any digital product from the Resource Center, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or its services.

Use of this website

This website is provided for general informational purposes. Submitting a contact or appointment form does not create a client relationship and does not guarantee an appointment. You agree to provide accurate, truthful information when using any form on this site.

Notary services

All notarizations are performed in accordance with New Hampshire law. Valid government-issued identification and appropriate awareness of the signer are required for every notarization. Services may be refused if legal requirements cannot be met, if identification cannot be verified, or if a document appears fraudulent or incomplete.

Mobile notary services are offered throughout New Hampshire and surrounding communities. Remote Online Notarization (RON) is performed through approved third-party platforms, each of which maintains its own terms and security requirements.

Apostille & translation services

Apostille requests require documents to be delivered to the New Hampshire Secretary of State in Concord and are subject to an additional service and travel fee. Certified translation is offered at $24 per page for standard documents; larger, technical, or specialized documents may require a custom quote provided in advance.

Fees & payment

Fees are quoted in advance. State-regulated notary fees apply where required by New Hampshire law. Travel, service, Apostille handling, and translation fees are disclosed prior to any appointment.

Payments for appointments, deposits, invoices, and digital products are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount through your selected payment method.

Digital products & Resource Center

The Resource Center offers downloadable digital products such as notary guides, reference sheets, and templates. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download your purchased product. Digital products are delivered electronically and are considered received once the download link is made available to you.

All digital products are licensed for your personal use and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written permission. As these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are generally not available except where required by law or in the case of a verified failure to deliver.

Cancellations & refunds

Please provide as much notice as possible for cancellations. Travel fees for confirmed mobile appointments may not be refundable if notice is not given within a reasonable timeframe. For digital product purchases, no refund is offered once the download has been accessed or delivered, except where required by law.
